Those huge small victories
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life. This involves supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. Our shift leaders help our young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role. Challenges will arise, but so will moments that feel like huge small victories!
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes. Our shift leaders are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, celebrating these little successes.
Get out what you put in
You’ll be involved in caring for our young people daily, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader, you will support the staff team, ensure the home operates to high standards, and be prepared to deputise for the Team Leaders. We seek someone who can relate to and build relationships with our young people. Compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive, you’ll also provide leadership that inspires your colleagues.
