The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Guildford store. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right choices. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role where you will play a key part in delivering a great in-store experience.
What You Will Be Doing As a Sales Specialist
* Deliver excellent customer service by listening and responding to customer needs
* Guide customers through products, features and aftercare
* Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
* Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
* Maintain high standards across the showroom
* Process sales accurately using in-store systems
* Support with stock, deliveries, and general store operations
What We Are Looking For
* Previous retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or homeware
* Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable style
* Passion for customer service and creating a great experience
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
* Basic IT skills
