We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our teams at Nico’s, a high end classical Italian restaurant celebrated for its warm, exclusive ambience and dedicated to using the freshest and finest Italian ingredients available

Working hours:
* 4 day working week between Tuesday-Sunday
* 7 shifts a week on a rota basis.
* Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

* Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation
* Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence
* Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.
