What You’ll Be Doing As a Behaviour Manager / Supply Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of student learning and wellbeing. Every day is different — one moment you’re supporting a classroom full of students, the next, you’re giving 1:1 guidance or helping a small group flourish. Your role will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons across different subjects (planning headaches? Not here!) Maintaining a calm, positive classroom vibe and managing behaviour like a pro Supporting students individually or in small groups with behavioural, emotional, or learning challenges Working hand-in-hand with teachers and pastoral staff to help students reach their potential Bringing the school’s values and behaviour expectations to life Who You Are We want someone who’s: A confident communicator who can connect with students and staff alike Energetic, adaptable, and proactive, ready for a dynamic school environment Curious about education, child development, psychology, or mental health Experienced (or excited to gain experience) in youth work, sport, coaching, or behaviour support DBS-ready (or willing to apply) If you can inspire, motivate, and keep your cool when the unexpected happens — you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
