We are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our Pre-Litigation Court team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
You will be working as Legal Administrator within the Pre-Litigation Court department and will be responsible for general administration and data inputting.

Responsibilities to include:
* General administration duties and supporting a team of Fee Earners/Solicitors
* Data inputting into the DCP (Damages Claims Portal)
* Generating letters of correspondence and court documentation/certificates/forms
* Compiling court bundles
* Uploading information into the claims management system and the DCP
* Photocopy, scan, file incoming mail and allocate to the case management system task list
* Arrange meetings and refreshments if necessary
* Provide support to other colleagues as required
* Be flexible and adaptable in taking on new roles within limits of capabilities
* Maintain confidentiality with all cases in accordance with the company’s policies
About You:
* Previous experience working on the DCP essential
* Educated to a good standard
* Experience with Proclaim advantageous
* RTA knowledge advantageous
* Good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment
* Good command of English both oral and written
* Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
* Excellent organizational skills
* Great attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to work on a fast-paced team.
* Willingness to learn and work hard
