Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Market Access Consultant to join a full-service market access consultancy based in London. This is a varied role across access strategy, pricing, and value communication, supporting a global client based in Europe, the US, UK and beyond.

This is a senior role, which means you will be leading projects and client contact across a range of different areas within market access. The role will involve a broad range of market access activities, including:
* Conducting primary and targeted secondary research using a wide range of sources, both qualitative and quantitative.
* Develop and implement market access strategies, including pricing and reimbursement strategies, to optimise product commercialisation.
* Develop value messages, dossiers, and other related payer value communication materials (payer value decks, toolkits, objection handlers etc.)
* Prepare client-facing presentations and reports to ensure client communication is clear
* Support with business development and proposal development
You will be working with an incredible leadership team, developing skills in new areas and honing in on others. The work is truly meaningful and the role will have a significant impact on bringing exciting new products to market.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* 5+ years experience in market access, preferably within a consultancy environment
* Broad exposure to pricing & Reimbursement, Access strategy and value communication projects
* Supported market access in multiple geographical markets, with a good understanding of local and global challenges and processes
* Exceptional project management skills, with evidence of leading projects from inception to completion
* Business development skills, including proposal development
* Management/ mentoring experience, having supported junior team members through project
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
