About the Role
As Plant Director- Plant Hire, you will take full ownership of a major depot in the Plant Directorarea. You'll work closely with the company Director to execute strategic business plans, drive operational efficiency, and lead a committed team. This role combines day-to-day operational leadership with high-level planning and decision-making. A typical day may involve reviewing financial performance, assessing asset utilisation, managing procurement of new plant, motivating staff, and meeting key clients.

About You
To succeed as Plant Director- Plant Hire, you'll have a proven background in plant hire or construction equipment operations. You're commercially sharp, financially astute, and a confident leader. You'll be equally comfortable in the yard, the depot, or the boardroom, with a passion for delivering high standards and building a thriving team. Key experience should include:
* Operational management within plant hire or construction equipment hire
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning expertise
* Procurement and supplier negotiation knowledge
