Associate Director at Become Recruitment UK — Social Media Manager / Marketing Executive. Manchester City Centre. Hybrid working. Well established organisation seeking a Social Media Manager who can grow social platforms and promote the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn and grow them.
* Create graphics using Canva and produce assets for brochures, branding, slide decks and digital assets using Canva or Adobe programs.
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience feedback.
* Analyse social media metrics to track campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to promote the brand and drive growth across platforms.
* Engage with the community with clear communication and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
* Run campaigns to promote the brand and generate leads for candidates and clients.
* Champion the company’s image and ensure consistency of brand values across all platforms.
* Take initiative, test new strategies, and contribute to content creation.
Requirements (Experience & Skills)
* Experience growing social platforms and creating content to promote an organisation and increase enquiries and traffic.
* Ability to produce graphics for marketing materials using Canva or Adobe programs.
* Knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with communities and coordinate with internal teams.
* Experience running campaigns to generate leads for candidates and clients is desirable.
* Additional experience with podcasts, video production and editing is a bonus but not essential.
