Marketing Manager (CRM & Ticketing) – 11-Month Contract
Location: Bradford (on-site)
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 pro rata

You’ll play a key role in shaping audience engagement, managing ticketing for over 700 live events, and driving data-led marketing decisions during an exciting year for the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing the ticketing platform (Ticketsolve) – ensuring smooth setup, sales tracking, and accurate event listings.
* Managing and optimising CRM and email marketing via Mailchimp – from journey mapping to audience segmentation and automation.
* Building templates, workflows, and reporting dashboards to drive engagement and retention.
* Supporting promotion and communications, working closely with digital, design, and content teams.
What you’ll need:
* Strong CRM and email marketing experience (Mailchimp, or similar).
* Confident managing ticketing or events platforms.
* Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
