About the Appointment
Synchronicity Financial Services are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator with IO / Intelligent Office experience for our Wealth & Investment client who we have made various placements with over the years and are now expanding their support team.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly into a Director and working alongside a small team of Administrators, you will take on a more senior role within the department. You will play a key role in supporting IFA's throughout the sales and advice process, handling regular client investment review administration and communicating effectively with clients by email, letter and telephone. You will also collaborate with Paraplanners including supporting them with preparing simple suitability reports and ensuring seamless workflow across the team.
Requirements
* At least 5 years experience working in a client-facing IFA / Investment Administration role with a full understanding of different products relating to pensions, investments, life assurance and mortgages.
* Previous experience of Intelliflo back-office system and Quilter Investment Platform and the ability to read fund valuations in client portfolios.
* Ideally you will have started the CII qualifications already – full study support for continuous development.
