We're searching for a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead one of our most exciting cycling stores - Milton Keynes. This is more than just a retail management role - it's an opportunity to turn your love of cycling into a career with a growing, ambitious business.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll be the face of the brand locally - bringing energy, expertise, and community engagement to the store. You'll be responsible for leading your team, growing footfall, and creating an outstanding experience for every customer, whether they're a lifelong cyclist or just getting started.
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong experience leading and motivating retail teams
Is commercially focused and driven by results
Is confident with local marketing and building partnerships in the community
Can take full ownership of the store's performance

And yes - being a cycling enthusiast is essential.
