Overview
Location: Sutton, London. Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience). Hours: Full-time.
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Field Care Manager to support our growing team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to clients in the community across Sutton.
Responsibilities
* Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of care plans.
* Supervise and support care staff in the community.
* Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and field observations.
* Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
* Support with training, mentoring, and performance management of carers.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
* Experience in domiciliary care and staff supervision.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
