We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Chef Manager to join our team in Orpington. As part of this role you will be responsible for providing quality meals to (Apply online only) Students and Staff in a Primary school and overseeing other kitchen staff members.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
Great time management skills
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
The ability to train and mentor other staff
Ordering stock/ stock control.Work pattern
