We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join a busy Service team based in Farnborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing quotations from engineers’ reports, managing quote acceptances and parts orders, and providing general support to the service coordination function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and issue quotations from engineers’ reports using SAP or similar systems.
2. Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate product details and current pricing.
3. Send quotations to clients, follow up, and record progress in the quotation database.
4. Maintain consistency and accuracy in national pricing.
5. Process accepted quotes and order required parts from internal or external sources.
6. Handle deliveries and assist with warehouse-related duties as required.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
8. Provide administrative support within the Service department.
Skills and Experience
9. Previous experience in a sales or service environment.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (SAP experience an advantage).
12. Proven problem-solving ability; proactive and self-motivated.
