We’re now looking for a Junior Designer / Artworker to support our Head Designer in day-to-day artwork, production, and design tasks.
The Role
This is a hands-on role ideal for a junior designer looking to build a career in vehicle graphics, livery design, and large-format print.
You’ll work closely with the Head Designer and production team, supporting projects from initial concepts through to print-ready artwork, gaining exposure to real-world design, fast-paced workflows, and high-profile vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Designer with 2D design and artwork creation
* Preparing print-ready files for vehicle wraps, liveries, and fleet branding
* Assisting with artworking, amends, and revisions
* Applying branding consistently across different vehicle templates
* Working with supplied brand guidelines and bespoke designs
* Liaising with production to ensure artwork is technically correct
* Helping maintain organised project files and version control
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Degree, college qualification, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design / Visual Communication
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop essential; InDesign a bonus)
* Good understanding of artworking for print
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive, organised approach to work
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Interest in automotive design, branding, or motorsport
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience with large-format print or vehicle graphics
* Basic knowledge of 3D visualisation software (or willingness to learn)
* Familiarity with vehicle templates
* Understanding of colour management and print processes
* A genuine passion for cars, motorsport, or automotive culture
