Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE Grade C or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
* Ability to manage own workload
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Able to work within guidelines and policies
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
* Clerical experience
* Telephone Booking experience
Technical Skills
* Previous experience or interest in IT
Knowledge
* Hospital IT systems
* NHS waiting lists
