Legal Receptionist

Office based in Budleigh Salterton, full time, competitive salary DOE and excellent benefits: Healthcare assistance, Holidays, pension and discretionary bonus.

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
4. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
5. Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Experience and Skills Required for the Legal Receptionist Role:

1. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
