Remote - Swindon, with occasional onsite attendance for meetings across UK locations as required
We’re hiring an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support a large enterprise Workday environment within a highly regulated organisation.

* BAU support & enhancements
* Business process optimisation
Key Skills Required
* Strong Workday HCM experience
* Expertise in Workday Recruiting
* Workday reporting/dashboard development
* Experience supporting Workday releases and BAU activities
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Workday certification

* Prism Analytics
* Security or Integrations exposure
* Public sector or complex organisational experience
