We’re looking for someone to join our14–16 Learning Academyat NWSLC, working with Elective Home Education (EHE) students. You’ll be teaching English to small groups (max 15 learners), helping them access GCSE and pre-GCSE curriculum in a supportive, student-centred environment.

What we’re looking for:
A relevant degree and teaching qualification (or willingness to train)
Experience teaching KS4 (any setting)
Passion for helping students with gaps in learning or additional needs
A creative, student-first approach to teaching
The role is based in Nuneaton, with occasional travel to other campuses.
