Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, including sourdough, focaccia, baguettes, and tinned loaves
* Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all products
* Support the wider production team with the preparation of patisserie and baked goods
* Work to daily production schedules for wholesale and retail orders
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
* Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in artisan bread baking
* Strong understanding of sourdough and fermentation techniques
* Physically fit and able to handle early morning shifts
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
* Adaptable and willing to learn the bakery's methods and standards
