An opportunity for a Credit Control Assistant in Great Yarmouth has arisen, working with a highly successful, historical business.Working with a great team of people, this varied role will involve the followings tasks:
* Credit control duties
* Raising Invoices both Weekly & Monthly
* Assess all customers regularly for risk of bad debt and report concerns to the Finance Management Team.
* Keep the aged debt within the terms laid out by the directors each year.
* Provide relevant information to the Management Accountant to assist with the month end process.
* Processing Direct Debit Collections
* Ensure receipts are allocated correctly and reconciled.
* Building good relationships with customers and being the main point of contact for all customer issues
* Running reports, reconciliation and completing basic data analysis.
