The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is your chance to work on high-profile schemes across Health, Higher Education, Residential, Developer, Data Centres, and Commercial sectors-with project values up to £300m.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a dynamic Real Estate team delivering top-tier pre and post-contract services. You'll work closely with Directors and senior mentors, gaining hands-on exposure and fast-track development to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
* A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
* MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
* Pre and Post Contract experience
* A valid UK driving license
* The desire for fast-track progression
* Ideally 3+ years' QS experience with a Consultancy
