Your Role:
As a Children’s Support Worker, you will:
Work 1:1 after school with a child, alongside another carer, accessing the community
Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Assist with personal care (including continence support)
Support with meals, drinks, and snacks
Administer or support with medication
Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for the children you support What We Offer:

Guaranteed hours (2 / 3 / 4 / 5 evenings per week)

A kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to follow care plans accurately
Previous experience supporting children with Autism (beneficial)
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential If you care deeply, we make sure you have:
