About the Role
The Master Data Coordinator ensures that product, technical and manufacturing data is accurate, controlled and consistently maintained across SAP and associated systems. Acting as the gatekeeper for product setup and changes, the role safeguards data quality that underpins production, compliance, traceability and commercial decision‑making.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Systems Data Manager and cross‑functional teams to maintain high‑quality, accurate master data across the business.
* Manage key SAP master data objects, including material masters, BOMs, routings, recipes, and quality data.
* Support process improvements, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain an auditable flow of information.
* Provide first‑line support for the Harford Control System, including user access, product builds, and issue resolution.
* Coach teams on master data best practice and participate in product launch and technical review meetings.
* Produce ad‑hoc reports, investigate data issues, and identify opportunities for improvement using systems such as Excel, Access, SAP and Power BI.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring experience in a technical or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP and PM (BPCS an advantage) and MDM governance principles. They will be confident analysing and interpreting data to operate ERP systems effectively, and be able to communicate and present information clearly across all levels of the business.
