Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification in Early Years / ChildcareHave at least 1 year's previous experience of working in a Day NurseryCan inspire, energise and support othersA genuine passion to make a differenceHas a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learnSound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulationsA firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirement
