Nursery Practitioner - TN12 - £12 per hour - 40 hours per week

What the nursery needs from you:
• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience within an Early Years leadership role
• Confident decision-maker, with previous experience providing support and leadership to others to enable staff to fulfill their roles and responsibilities
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
• Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
• Ability to use various techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with children and adults
Your nursery duties will include:
• Taking charge of a key group of children
• Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop
• Planning and providing effective care, teaching, and learning
• Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children
• Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, carers, or other professionals to meet the individual needs of children
• Making accurate and effective use of assessments reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of development of individual children.
