If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces and enjoy working within a supportive, close‑knit team, this role offers development, and a great working environment. Key Responsibilities Mowing, hedge cutting and weed control Tree and shrub pruning, flower bed maintenance and litter clearing Basic maintenance of gardening tools and machinery Seasonal tasks such as pond care What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit for this role if you have experience in estate maintenance or grounds upkeep, or a background in gardening or golf course maintenance. Seasonal gardening knowledge is important, as is confidence using a ride‑on mower to manage larger outdoor spaces effectively. A clean, valid driving licence is essential.
