Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare Minimum of 1 year experience working in residential childcare – preferred Full UK driving licence Understanding of legislation surrounding residential childcare Willingness to engage in personal care Key Skills & Attributes: Empathy and a child-centred approach Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow guidance and work under direction Confident in managing challenging behaviour Comfortable working in a trauma-informed way Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role Willing to learn and develop professionally Able to complete accurate documentation and reports IT literate or willing to be trained Why Join This Home?
