Job Description:
We are looking for a driven individual to join our new customer acquisition team, passionate about our supplements and eager to contribute to a growing business making a positive impact. You will manage our Google Ads account and podcast advertising channels, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop, implement, and optimize acquisition strategies aligned with Wild Nutrition's goals and values. If you are creative, data-driven, and have a successful track record with Google Ads, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and execute paid media strategies on Google Ads.
* Manage podcast marketing activities and explore additional acquisition channels.
* Conduct customer research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
* Create reports and perform advanced performance analysis using TripleWhale for optimization and A/B testing.
* Build and test landing pages.
* Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices and explore new channels.
Requirements:
* Experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment.
* Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Knowledge of web analytics, e-commerce, and paid media platforms such as Shopify, Google Ads, and GA4.
* Proven success in measuring and evaluating performance metrics.
* Experience with different attribution models.
* Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Experience managing large paid media budgets.
* Customer-focused approach, understanding core and target consumers to inform channels and creative briefs.
* Hands-on, organized, and collaborative.
* Willingness to take on tasks of varying sizes.
