What we expect from you
Each JoJo store is unique, whether that’s trading over two floors, has a quirky layout, or is situated in interesting places. They have a life of their own. Our Unique Selling Point (USP) in this changing retail world is the relationship we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and their local store team. You’ll be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service. You’ll guide, inform, and assist customers in purchasing our clothing and products, whether they are expectant parents, grandparents, or friends and family.
Our principles are important, and every team member will uphold them. As we move into a digital retail world, offering Omni-Channel customer service is expected to build loyalty. Most stores offer Ship from Store or Click and Collect options, and you will be responsible for preparing and shipping these orders daily.
A day in the life:
* Assist customers in diverse situations, from bra fitting to demonstrating a baby carrier.
* Prepare Omni-Channel orders.
* Communicate with customers via store or phone about orders.
* Use digital platforms to develop your knowledge and skills.
* Learn about new products to increase sales.
* Listen actively to customer needs and find solutions.
* Keep your store looking immaculate.
A typical week involves 4 x 4-hour shifts, with flexibility required based on store needs.
