Job Responsibilities:

* Escalate complex issues as necessary.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
* Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
* Strong understanding of computer systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
* Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
