Relief Support Practitioner - Livingston
Location: Livingston – Salary: £13.45 per hour – Part time
The Livingston service is a small outreach service that is situated in Dedridge.
We support our people using a person‑centred approach to live in their own homes and to live their lives to their full potential and to feel included in the community.
Livingston Service supports 3 people out in the community. Some of our supported people need 24‑hour support and others only need short periods of support.
We offer a personalised service to meet the individual’s needs; this includes support to maintain their tenancies, finances, personal care, health & social support.
Driving is the easiest way to get between the supported people’s houses; however Ark can help with transport if required.
Shifts at Livingston range from 3 to 11 hours and there is also one sleep‑over shift per day.
'The supported people are lovely and really appreciate the support we give them. They enjoy spending time with our support workers and make even the long shifts enjoyable.' - Debbie, Care & Support Manager, Livingston
