Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our 113 fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with strong people skills and a love for swimming. We offer lessons through the Swim England framework for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
You will have the opportunity to achieve targets and work with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
As a Swim Instructor, you will:
* Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
* Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
* Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
* Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
* Tailor your teaching to meet individual needs
* Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
