What you will do:- Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, including general x-rays and specialised imaging procedures.- Collaborate closely with the medical team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing reassurance and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's procedures.- Stay updated with the latest radiographic techniques and implement them into daily practice.
Requirements for the Radiographer:- Hold a degree or equivalent in Radiography with substantial recent experience as a Radiographer within the UK healthcare system.- Be registered and in good standing with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
