Salary Range: $36.98 - $38.14 pending experiance + Super

Join our team as a School Officer- Finance at St Kieran's Catholic School, Mount Isa.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented School Officer - Finance and Administration to join our team in a permanent, term-time capacity working 38 hours per week. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and financial support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the school.

With strong organisational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach, you will manage a range of administrative and finance tasks, including processing payments, maintaining records, and supporting budgeting and reporting requirements. Your professionalism and strong communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with staff, families, and the wider school community.

Working closely with the leadership team and office staff, you will contribute to effective systems and processes, ensuring compliance and supporting the smooth operation of school administration and financial functions.
