Experience required: 2+ years in talent acquisition / recruitment (in-house or agency-to-in-house transition)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Designing and delivering the company-wide talent acquisition strategy.
2. Leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
3. Building a scalable recruitment process to support rapid growth.
4. Partnering with leadership to forecast headcount and workforce planning needs.
5. Driving employer branding initiatives.
6. Utilising data and insights to optimise hiring performance and candidate experience.
