Digital Solution DesignArchitect smart, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that translate business onboarding requirements into functional digital capabilities.Ensure solutions are future-ready to support rapid onboarding of new banks and brokers.

Application Ecosystem ManagementOversee the suite of digital onboarding applications, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability.Maintain system health with minimal downtime and quick resolution of Sev1/2 issues.

Agile Project ExecutionLead agile delivery tracks, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and release management.Use tools like JIRA, Airtable, and PPM PRO to track progress, manage backlogs, and report delivery metrics.

Governance & ComplianceMonitor and report on governance dashboards including velocity, burn down charts, defect density, and adherence to agile processes.Ensure compliance with internal and external technology standards, especially in collaboration with bank partners.
