Plant Instrument Technician
Requirements
* Instrumented Systems experience in a refinery, chemical or allied industry.
* Apprenticeship or traineeship scheme.
* City and Guilds, ONC, HNC or other qualifications in relevant subject.
* Hazardous area equipment training CompEx or equivalent.
Responsibilities
* Instrument maintenance and repair.
* Production critical inspection and repairs.
* Installation and commissioning, equipment review.
* Order and manage spares and equipment from suppliers maintaining adequate economic stores of materials, equipment and tools.
* Liaise with instrument, electrical and other specialist engineers.
