Our client offers an exceptional opportunity to join as the Head of Digital Transformation, a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving patient care through technology.
Are you an experienced leader in digital transformation with a knack for handling complex projects? Join our dynamic team and be part of our resource pool, working on strategic initiatives including digital front door projects, AI integration, and interoperability.
Role And Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with corporate and system-wide goals.
* Provide senior leadership on digital matters to executives, the board, and key partners.
* Lead digital programmes, ensuring best practices in governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
* Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and patient stakeholders to co-design digital services.
* Inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing digital transformation team.
* Drive digital capability and literacy across departments.
* Ensure all digital programmes comply with information governance, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
* Report transparently on performance, risks, and outcomes to leadership and assurance committees.
* Foster a learning culture that supports innovation, adaptation, and growth.
Key Skills And Experience
* Significant experience in digital transformation and programme delivery.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Deep understanding of digital transformation's role in successful programme and project delivery.
* Experience designing and delivering digital strategies and initiatives.
* Familiarity with healthcare/public sector environments.
* Experience with Agile, Lean, and human-centered design methodologies.
* Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., AI, EPRs, interoperability).
* Empathetic, supportive approach to change management.
* Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels.
* Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to select and utilize appropriate digital transformation tools and methodologies.
* Capability to plan and manage major projects or activities.
* Commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
