The school deploys a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners, who present with a range of learning difficulties and styles.

You will take responsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals and engage with the world.
The school is seeking an adaptable and engaging team player to take on this role, as SEND Teacher. The successful SEND Teacher will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.
The position will involve working with pupils aged 3-11 with a wide range of learning disabilities including pupils with severe and complex social and communication difficulties.
The successful SEND Teacher will have:
* QTS with SEND specialism
* Experience relating to working with pupils with autism and communication disorders in specific PECS and TEACCH training.
* Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviour
