Are you an experienced Account Director who is looking for a new challenge in medical communications? Oxford PharmaGenesis has a new client services opportunity with one of our teams based in our Oxford office. We are looking for someone who can join us in the office 1–2 days each week.
We are looking for an Account Director who will lead and inspire colleagues to help them to deliver an effective, innovative and efficient service to our clients. You should have experience of delivering a range of project types, including publications, medical affairs and consultancy deliverables. You will have a key role within the team to help deliver excellent client service, to grow our accounts and to help the team to reach their full potential.
This is the ideal opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys mentoring other team members.
We are looking for a motivated Account Director who has:
* significant experience in account management in the medical communications industry
* exceptional leadership abilities
* experience of managing, mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
* experience in financial management
* the ability to think and work strategically.
