Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team within the indoor and outdoor Clubroom operations.
* Organise and oversee events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other member activities.
* Ensure high quality food standards and exceptional service for all members.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated individual with a passion for delivering great quality food and service.
* Strong team player with collaboration skills.
* Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
