Collins Aerospace is looking for a Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Manager to join our HS Marston facility in Wolverhampton.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and products from suppliers to meet the production and operational needs of Collins Aerospace. This role involves managing supplier performance, mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reliability. Additionally, the Supply Chain Delivery Assurance Manager will conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and lead a team effectively.
What You Will Do
1. Monitor supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions as needed.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to address supply chain issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on supplier performance and supply chain status.
4. Lead and participate in daily Tier reviews as required.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and Collins Aerospace policies.
6. Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure effective supply chain activities.
7. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for the team.
8. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the team.
9. Lead and participate in regular CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) events to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Education and Experience
28. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
29. Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.
30. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and tools.
31. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
32. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Additional Information:
This role will require travel when needed within the UK, typically twice a month to suppliers, with access to a pool car.
This will be a site based role at Wolverhampton.
