The Role
* Act as a key member of client teams, building trusted long-term relationships
* Work directly with equity partners and directors across the full spectrum of corporate work
* Take a leading role in high-profile transactions, many of which are cross-border and multi-jurisdictional
* Contribute to business development initiatives and enhance your professional profile
* Gain exposure to a diverse client base, from regional businesses to international corporations

* Clients span a broad range of sectors including engineering, real estate, life sciences, and technology
* Active international practice
About You
* 3-5+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law (M&A, private equity, ECM, JV, or group restructuring)
* Currently working in a recognised corporate practice, with strong technical and client-handling skills
* Commercially astute, responsive, and driven to deliver outstanding client service
* Ambitious to take on responsibility and build your practice within a supportive team environment
