We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment.

Role Requirements
* Current NMC Registration
* Independent Prescriber Qualification
* Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
* Commitment to patient care
* To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
* To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
* To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
* To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
