Build community and business partnerships to grow event, party, and private hire sales. Lead a brand-new team, creating a positive, high-performing culture. Oversee all operations, from safety and compliance to customer experience and events. What we&x2019;re looking for: At least 3 years&x2019; leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment management. Proven commercial acumen with experience in budgets, business growth and event sales. Strong customer service focus and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
