Service Care Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a respected and long-standing law firm in South East London who are looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Civil Litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated solicitor seeking high-quality work, autonomy over their caseload, and a genuinely supportive working environment.


Matters will include (but are not limited to):


* Landlord & Tenant disputes
* Boundary and neighbour disputes
* Debt recovery
* General civil litigation matters


Key Responsibilities


* Managing your own caseload of civil litigation files from instruction to conclusion
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, court documents, and settlement agreements
* Providing clear, strategic, and practical legal advice to clients
* Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations
* Undertaking legal research and ensuring procedural compliance
* Accurately recording time and maintaining well-organised, compliant files
* Contributing to business development and networking activities where appropriate
