We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our Marketing and Recruitment team. In this role, you will:
* Build Meaningful Relationships: Engage with key feeder schools and colleges, fostering connections that lead to successful student recruitment.
* Organize engaging events: Plan and deliver visits, talks, workshops, open days, and other activities both on and off-campus.
* Develop strategy: Review applicant and schools data to contribute to the development of the wider student recruitment strategy

* Experience: You will bring with you experience of working in student recruitment, education, marketing or a related field
* Confident Presenter and Communicator: You enjoy engaging with young people and are skilled at presenting information in an inspiring and accessible way.
* Enthusiasm and creativity: Your interest in helping students find their educational path is matched by your dedication to developing innovative recruitment strategies.
* Adaptable and Resourceful: No two days will be the same While based at York, you'll travel regularly to schools and events across Yorkshire and the North-East. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about the variety this role offers.
* Team Collaboration: You will play a crucial role in our wider student recruitment and marketing activities, ensuring a seamless journey for learners from initial awareness to enrolment.

Start Date: The College operates 2 starter/induction days per month to welcome and onboard new members. These are usually the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday).

Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England with centres in York, Middlesbrough, Saltaire, Wakefield and Gateshead.
We offer a wide-ranging curriculum to our Higher Education students, the land-based department includes Agriculture, Animal Management, Animal Bioscience, Wildlife and Environmental Conservation, Management of Animal Collections, and Equine.
