Food Services Manager
Responsible for managing daily operations, budgeting, marketing, staff training, inventory management, and ensuring health and safety compliance for Marble Slab Creamery.

* Salary: $27.69 to $40.00 per hour (to be negotiated) / 35 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
* Evaluate daily operations
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Train staff
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation
* Provide customer service
* Develop and implement marketing strategies
* Determine merchandise and services to be sold
* Manage staff and assign duties
* Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
* Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
* Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
* Direct and control daily operations
