Spire Wellesley Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Outpatient HCA to join our experienced team. This is a Bank role, working ad hoc shifts, including some Saturdays.
Main duties of the job
Working in our busy outpatient department, you will provide support to our nurses, including phlebotomy, ECGs, and general observations. You will assist in the smooth operation of our clinics and provide first-class service to our patients.

Job responsibilities
As a Bank Outpatient Healthcare Assistant at Spire Wellesley Hospital, you will support our busy outpatient department by assisting nurses with phlebotomy, ECGs, and observations, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and delivering excellent patient service.
Who we're looking for
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as an HCA within a clinical environment; surgical, outpatient, or POA experience is desirable.
* Phlebotomy experience is desirable.
* Wound care experience is essential.
* Experience with clinical observations, blood pressure, heart rate, ECG required.
* NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or Care Certificate is desirable.
* A caring demeanour and excellent customer service skills.
* IT literacy and good communication skills.
* Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including some Saturdays.
